Synopsis

Simon amused himself by manipulating Underdog, now within his grasp after unwittingly entering one of Simon’s Phoney Booths. He commanded the hero to dance, then to summon the First National Bank, and finally to retrieve the Empire State Building itself. Simultaneously, O.J. Squeeze, Sweet Polly's employer, relayed the news that Underdog was under Simon’s control.
