Synopsis

Polly discovered Underdog’s ring, and with its aid, he quickly regained his strength by taking an energy pill. He then confronted and overcame Electric Eel, Riff Raff, and Batty Man. Simon attempted to use his vacuum gun, but Underdog's restored power proved too much for it to be effective this time. Finally, unleashing a blast of atomic breath, Underdog vanquished Simon and Cad, returning all the stolen money.
