Synopsis

While Underdog raced to rescue passengers from a foundering vessel, Simon Bar Sinister deployed a remarkable invention: a vacuum gun. With it, he swiftly captured Riff Raff, Electric Eel, Batty Man, and their entire contingent of henchmen, adding them to his growing army.
