Synopsis

The Electric Eel had ensnared Underdog within his electrified cage. As the bars tightened around him, a surge of thousands of volts coursed through Underdog’s body. In his final moments, he pleaded with his adversaries not to cast him into the city's lake. Soon, his form lay still at the base of the electric cage.
