Synopsis

At last, Shoeshine Boy became Underdog. He rescued Polly, but she collapsed before she could warn him about Valentine’s elaborate machine. Underdog surged forward, only to be flattened and transformed into a delicate paper valentine. Then Simon instructed Cad and the henchmen to load the device onto a truck, destined for City Hall, where it would turn the Mayor into a similar confection. Before they departed, however, they re-handcuffed Polly to the pole, ensuring that when she awoke, her gaze w
