Synopsis

Simon and Cad seized control of the spaceship bound for the moon, capturing Polly in the process. Recognizing the peril, General Brainley summoned Underdog. While in space, Polly attempted to thwart Simon’s plans, but managed only to be restrained. Upon reaching the Moon, Simon and Cad activated their device. Then, Simon addressed General Brainley, declaring that unless the world's leaders relinquished their authority within a few hours, he would unleash his first devastating storm upon the Eart
