Synopsis

Hordes of spectral figures are pilfering all the Earth’s silver. The planet’s military and police forces find themselves utterly unable to intervene, as these thieves neutralize any weaponry with sudden bursts of lightning. One night, a silver thief made off with Underdog's ring. Awakened by the intrusion, he found himself paralyzed with shock at the sight of his assailant, frozen stiff in place.
