Synopsis

Just as Underdog appeared to save Sweet Polly, he found himself ensnared within Simon’s elaborate Forget-Me-Net. Understanding that the mere sound of his name would trigger Simon's memory return, Underdog was disguised as an elderly apple vendor. Cad then led this unlikely persona through the streets, carefully avoiding those who might recognize him. Finally, Simon completed his vast Forget-Me-Net, poised to unleash it over Washington, D.C., and fulfill his sinister plan.
