Synopsis

Simon devised a plan to draw out Underdog, intending to test his Forget-Me-Net. To that end, he began by robbing a jewelry store, deliberately prompting the public to summon their hero. Yet, just as the scheme was set in motion, Underdog found himself detained thousands of miles away, battling a ferocious typhoon.
