Synopsis

Simon had encased poor Underdog in ice, and all attempts to thaw him proved fruitless. Yet, somehow, Underdog freed himself from the frozen prison and instantly zipped around Simon and Cad with such incredible speed that the two villains spun about, dizzy, and collapsed unconscious – swiftly handed over to the authorities.
