Synopsis

The nefarious Simon Bar Sinister unveiled his latest creation: the Go-Snow Gun, a device capable of freezing its victims solid, transforming them instantly into statues of snow. With his loyal henchman, Cad, at his side, Simon seized control of the First National Bank, taking the bank president, his employees, and the unfortunate customers hostage.
