Synopsis

Tap Tap, posing as Underdog, had been running rampant throughout the city, committing a series of crimes. Following his theft of the mayor’s cigars, he returned to Riff Raff’s hideout and began to dismantle the Hopeless Diamond. Simultaneously, the genuine Underdog managed to break free from the cave where he'd been held captive and flew back toward town, only to find himself under a hail of fire. Naturally bewildered, Underdog sought out the mayor, who was furious about the stolen cigars. He th
