Synopsis

Believing Jason Moran had a hand in the nightclub attack, Steve Owens manipulated Jason’s driver, Carl Williams, into admitting he'd transported Jason to and from the location. This act marked the beginning of Carl Williams’ ascent towards establishing his own power base. Meanwhile, law enforcement remained resolute in their efforts to dismantle the "Carlton Crew" criminal organization.
