Synopsis

Captain Kiriyama and Furuhashi encountered an elderly man named Yasui, visibly terrified and fleeing from a driver whose dump truck was adorned with heavy chains. It transpired that Yasui was a fortune teller, and in his trembling account, he revealed details of a looming warehouse explosion – a catastrophe poised to destroy the very weapons of the Ultra Guard.
