Synopsis

When a rogue limpet, inexplicably linked to a vanished lunar module, triggers a catastrophic chain reaction in Earth's orbit, Straker demands immediate action from the International Astrophysical Commission. He insists on a thorough removal of the resulting debris field. However, his efforts are met with resistance from James Henderson, the I.A.C. chairman, who advocates for a complete cessation of SHADO operations.
