A vast, crystalline dome rested beneath the waves, initially resembling a lunar impact. Within its confines, figures mirroring those of SHADO headquarters went about their duties, employing technology of unknown origin—cassette tape recorders—to mimic instructions intended for Moonbase and Skydiver.
