Synopsis

The weight of the Lange murder hung heavily on Quesada, who cautioned Hart and Cohle that a new task force might soon be assigned to the case. The detectives pressed for additional time to pursue a promising lead, one that led them from a secluded brothel in the countryside to a church reduced to ashes. Weary from the demands of his marriage to Maggie, Hart found a measure of solace in the work itself.
