Synopsis

The ship’s crew was destitute when a message arrived for Six: she was the sole beneficiary of a substantial inheritance. Instead of aiding her comrades, she resolved to donate the funds to various charities. A chorus of flattery followed, as those seeking to profit from her generosity maneuvered to install her as captain, hoping to coax a share of the wealth from her.
