Synopsis

Zazie transports them to JuLai, the Third City, revealing the history of humanity’s arrival on this desolate planet – a place now devoid of inhabitants. They encounter Conrad, the former head of the Sinners research group, who elucidates his intentions. Simultaneously, Vash and Wolfwood ascend to the summit of the JuLai Tower, where Knives awaits them.
