Synopsis

Lana Washington and Joel Nutkins, bomb disposal experts, were dispatched to a London housing estate following a counter-terrorism alert. Their mission: to investigate a possible bomb factory and a suspect, one Andy Phelan, believed to be a bomb-maker.
