Synopsis

In the second act of the story, a woman brings suit against the same contractor, alleging substandard and incomplete work. The contractor counters that he issued a refund and rectified the problem within a matter of days. Nevertheless, she subsequently filed a restraining order, and the judge questioned the basis of her actions.
