Synopsis

Having spent the pandemic years in Mexico, a homeowner returned to the United States with the desire to reclaim his residence. He sought to buy out his tenants' lease and once more inhabit his own property. Though he presented a generous offer, he was met with a $10,000 legal claim encompassing moving fees and the return of the security deposit.
