Synopsis

The first part of this two-part story opens with the aftermath of a devastating apartment fire, which inflicted over two hundred and fifty thousand dollars in damage. In the wake of the blaze, the tenant now alleges that her landlord has engaged in property theft and formally requests the return of her security deposit.
