Synopsis

Janette’s restaurant has become the subject of much local conversation, yet the overwhelming demand for a particular dish is testing the patience of her kitchen staff. Elsewhere, Colson’s fractured ties with his colleagues in the police force carry a personal peril. Desiree confronts Nelson regarding his demolition contracts; Annie grows weary of Davis's sullen demeanor; Albert meets with the jazz center’s patrons; and LaDonna finally uncovers the source of the harassment she has endured.
