Synopsis

With the city welcoming back many who had been forced to leave, another second line parade swells the streets. Amidst the jubilant procession, Albert appeals to a City Councilman, urging him to reopen the housing projects. Meanwhile, Davis enlists a few local musicians to help produce a campaign CD.
