Synopsis

A memory surfaces: Mort flees with his friend Mark (Bradley Whitford) to a secluded retreat nestled in the woods, a place dedicated to exploring gender expression. There, he finds himself unexpectedly drawn to Connie (Michaela Watkins), a woman of remarkable acceptance. Meanwhile, thirteen-year-old Ali, having opted out of her Bat Mitzvah, seeks solace on the beach, but encounters a troubling situation with an older man.
