Synopsis

Killemoff lures Toxie and his companions to a fabricated island retreat, cleverly disguised as "Club Fred," intending to spring a carefully laid snare. Simultaneously, Junkyard, a creature of canine form but possessing distinctly human qualities, seeks acceptance into the ranks of the Toxic Crusaders.
