Synopsis

The villainous mime, Jazz Hands, has unveiled his grand ambition: Mime World, a theme park of unsettling proportions. The Spies infiltrate the park, determined to uncover the scope of his scheme, only to find it far more sinister than they imagined. Can they thwart Jazz Hands and his silent legions? Meanwhile, in a curious subplot, Jerry experiments with a novel hair tonic, the unfortunate result being an explosion of growth… everywhere but on his own head.
