Synopsis

A sinister figure peddling frozen treats has concocted a peculiar ice cream, infused with nitrogen, capable of instantly freezing anyone it touches. It falls to the agents to avert disaster. Meanwhile, Alex's romantic prospects suffer a series of unfortunate events. The antagonist: the Ice Cream Man.
