Synopsis

William Woollard reports from a derelict 30-acre site in the heart of Birmingham that is being converted into an exciting new adventure centre for the young and unemployed. It provides facilities for everything that runs on wheels from roller-skates and BMX, to motorcycle scrambling and karting.
