Synopsis

Seventeen chefs will compete this season, consistent with previous installments. Eric Ripert joins the judging panel of *Top Chef*, succeeding Toby Young. In their initial introductions, the chefs will present a dish that reflects the character of their hometown, subtly interwoven with their personal culinary style.
