This week’s competition centers on the crucial element of timing, as the eleven chefs vying for the win are challenged to devise inventive solutions using time-saving pastry techniques. They will then be tested further by preparing a lunch service for clients with demanding schedules. Guest Judge: Maria Frumkin QuickFire Challenge: The chefs must create a dish utilizing a pre-made frozen pie crust. Elimination Challenge: The remaining chefs will be tasked with catering a Latin-inspired
