Synopsis

Instead of the usual Quickfire challenge, the chefs face the elimination round of Restaurant Wars. They are challenged to conceive and execute two distinct restaurant concepts. Joining Kristen, Tom, and Gail for this demanding task are Nina Compton, a familiar face from Top Chef, and Janet Zuccarini, a judge from Top Chef Canada.
