Synopsis

Following farewells to family and a fellow competitor, the chefs received a cryptic gift from Tom. He instructed them to rise before dawn and meet him at the docks. They would need to quickly adjust to the rocking of the sea, as their Elimination Challenge demanded they craft two original fish dishes to impress guest judges Stephanie Izard and Daniel Boulud. The challenge: they would be responsible for procuring all of their own protein.
