Synopsis

Padma calls the remaining chefs to an early start, directing them to meet guest judge Brooke Williamson for the Quickfire Challenge: a hunt for clams. In the Elimination Challenge, the chefs pay homage to the region where James Beard spent his summers, crafting both a hot and cold dish featuring one of his beloved ingredients, Dungeness Crab. Kwame Onwuachi and Nina Compton serve as guest judges this week, lending their expertise to determine who will advance to the final round.
