Synopsis

The culinary staff are organized into competing teams for a timed "mise en place" challenge. Furthermore, the chefs are tasked with crafting a seven-course tasting menu, centered around the simple radish, to be presented before an audience of devoted "Top Chef" enthusiasts. The panel of judges for this event will consist of Chris Cosentino and Richard Blais.
