Synopsis

The concluding episode of the series unfolds in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where the three remaining finalists are met by head judge Tom Colicchio. He invites them to witness the final cook-off of *Last Chance Kitchen*, and to discover which chef, previously eliminated, will be reinstated into the competition. Acclaimed Mexican chef Enrique Olvera introduces the Quickfire Challenge: a culinary test demanding a dish centered around xoconostle, a unique variety of prickly pear. San Miguel
