Synopsis

Clowns presided over a bizarre auction of human lives, and Mutsuki found himself unwillingly a part of it. A cordon of CCG forces surrounded the building housing the proceedings, tasked with eliminating the ghouls within—a priority centered on the formidable Big Madam.
