Synopsis

The annual Regatta was a spectacle of determined effort, and everyone seemed driven by the desire to be victorious. Especially Ratty, the previous champion, whose ambition burned fiercely. Yet, even he would come to understand that triumph wasn’t the sole measure of worth.
