Synopsis

He proposed a childish act of vandalism, a futile attempt to provoke Toad. A day as Chief, he suggested, with the accompanying defacement of the statue outside Toad Hall, purely for the sake of stirring the old toad’s ire. But Toad, surprisingly, admired the modernistic gesture. He resolved to find the artist responsible.
