Synopsis

With a determined glint in his eye, the emboldened Crane plots to contaminate Gotham's water supply with his venom. Meanwhile, Starfire, still haunted by unsettling visions, seeks assistance from Blackfire and Superboy. Finally, Gar manages to locate Jason.
