Synopsis

In the shadowed heart of Gotham, the city's criminal dynasties convene, their discussion centered on the insidious grip of the fear toxin. Their clandestine meeting is abruptly interrupted by the arrival of the architect of their anxieties. Meanwhile, as Dick and Barbara seek to anticipate the villain’s next act through Oracle’s insights, Starfire and Blackfire forge a fragile accord.
