Synopsis

Buster and Babs present a lively home shopping program, brimming with short segments. In "Oh, For Art's Sake," Plucky finds himself needing an art project and, rather ingeniously, freezes the chaotic flurry of a dog and cat brawl using his VCR remote, presenting it as artwork. He quickly gains notoriety and establishes his own gallery showcasing these paused moments of feline and canine conflict. However, Buster stumbles upon the remote, unleashing the previously frozen animals back into action
