Synopsis

As a boy, Kubla Khan—a figure now adrift in the currents of forgotten history—collects comic books. When Tuddrussel attempts to resurrect him by tearing a page from one of these treasured volumes, Otto and Larry find themselves scrambling to secure his escape before he faces judgment.
