Synopsis

Joy and Eddie encounter their decidedly unusual new neighbors, Tommy and April Campbell (guest stars Gottfried), and Eddie finds himself preoccupied with the notion of a relationship with someone younger. At the same time, Eddie and Joy organize a yard sale, and the Campbells express a keen interest in acquiring their entire stock.
