Synopsis

As Snarfer piloted his ship toward the Tower of Omens, carrying a box of Berbil Mexican takeout for company, Chilla halted its progress with a blast of icy energy. But when Mandora intervened, Chilla froze her as well, inadvertently triggering a legal pursuit; now, Mandora was determined to bring her to justice.
