Mumm-Ra learned that the Kingdom of Webs now had a queen, a formidable spider being named Spidera. He devised a plan, believing he could draw Lion-O into her domain as bait. To achieve this, Mumm-Ra shifted his form to that of a glittering diamond fairy and cast a deceptive enchantment upon Lion-O.
