Synopsis

Following his defeat at the hands of Thundarr, the malevolent wizard Sarott stumbled upon a research facility containing the miniaturized City of Thieves. Its leader, Vortak, offered Sarott unrestricted command over the city’s formidable forces – an army poised to enslave humans and rival wizards alike – provided he could return it to its original scale. To accomplish this, Sarott would require the Gauntlet of Power, a relic capable of amplifying his magic sufficiently to enlarge the city.
