Synopsis

Gamache understood that the answer to CC’s murder resided in the shadows of her past. When he learned that a villager had deliberately concealed a crucial detail, the case began to unravel. Yet, Gamache's satisfaction at finally gaining traction in Blue’s disappearance proved fleeting. The Two-Rivers family dismissed his findings, and the grief-stricken Missy was pushed to a desperate measure.
