Three Body just isn’t engaging. The series began by presenting some thoughts about how we perceive the universe and what it means to understand things, which were initially thought-provoking. However, like a lecture that continues without end, it eventually becomes exhausting to watch. I gave up after watching four episodes; I don't know if the story ever picks up or not, and I doubt I’ll find out. That’s what happens when you stretch suspense and unanswered questions out for too long. Ultimately, it features decent performances but feels excessively slow-paced. The ideas and mysteries explored extend over several episodes without leading to anything particularly captivating. It's really only suitable for viewers with exceptional tolerance.
